Welcome to Nano Banana2, an independent AI-powered image generation platform that transforms text descriptions and images into stunning, realistic visuals. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use our service.

Use of the Service

Nano Banana2 provides users with advanced AI-powered image generation capabilities, including text-to-image generation, image-to-image conversion, multiple aspect ratios (landscape/portrait), and quality options (standard/HD). You agree to use the service in accordance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.

Commercial Use Restrictions

For free accounts and non-commercial subscription plans, the generated images are strictly prohibited from being used for commercial purposes or any profit-making activities. Commercial use includes but is not limited to:

Selling generated images or products containing generated images
Using generated images in advertising or marketing materials for commercial purposes
Incorporating generated images into products or services offered for sale
Any other activities intended to generate revenue or profit

Commercial licensing is automatically granted when you subscribe to our designated commercial plans. Users with commercial subscriptions can use generated images for business purposes in accordance with their plan terms.

Important Notice: We utilize advanced invisible encryption technology embedded within all generated images to track usage and verify licensing compliance. Violation of these commercial use restrictions may result in legal action, and we reserve the right to pursue all available remedies, including but not limited to account termination and damages recovery.

User Accounts and Registration

Account Creation: To access certain features of the service, you need to create an account. You must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

All content provided through Nano Banana2, including but not limited to AI models, algorithms, image processing technology, and documentation, is protected under copyright law. The copyright owner of Nano Banana2 is nanobanana2.dev.

You acknowledge that you do not own the underlying AI technology or intellectual property that makes up the Nano Banana2 service, and you agree to respect the intellectual property rights of nanobanana2.dev and any third parties.
While you retain ownership of your original uploaded images and final generated images, the core Nano Banana2 AI platform and image processing technology remain the property of nanobanana2.dev.
You grant Nano Banana2 a limited license to process your uploaded content solely for the purpose of providing AI image generation services to you.
Data Usage Commitment: We do not use your uploaded images, text prompts, or generated images to train our AI models. Your creative content is processed solely for providing the requested image generation services and is not used for any model training or improvement purposes.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using Nano Banana2:

Unauthorized access to or reverse engineering of our proprietary AI models and algorithms
Attempting to extract, copy, or replicate Nano Banana2's AI technology
Interfering with or disrupting the security or performance of the service
Using the service to generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
Attempting to bypass any security features, usage limits, or access controls
Uploading copyrighted material without proper authorization
Using the service for commercial purposes that violate copyright or intellectual property laws

Privacy and Data Collection

Refund eligibility requires fewer than 10 AI image generation tasks submitted and at least 80% of credits remaining unused

You agree to pay all charges associated with your selected plan
Payment terms are based on your selected payment method and plan

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the service, us, or third parties.
